  1. If a prisoner shares that they are trans with you, treat the information with sensitivity and consider who else needs to know that the prisoner is trans in order to manage their safety and wellbeing.
  2. Staff member advises the prisoner the Support Plan will be shared with other staff who work with the prisoner to ensure consistent management and potentially other staff in the Department who need to assist with their management.
